Shipping & Delivery:

• Shipment methods: UPS, DHL, Fedex, TNT, EMS, Air express, etc.
• Delivery time for sample is about 2-3 days after payment confirmed, and 7-20 days for bulk orders.
• Shipping takes 5~15 days (depending on the destination country).
• Any import charges or fees are the buyer's responsibility. Please note that remote locations may take a few additional days for delivery.

After-Sales Service:

• We offer a 3-month warranty for cartridges and a 6-month warranty for batteries.
• All products are strictly checked before packing, ensuring the defective rate is less than 1%.
• In case any defect occurs during transportation or through improper use, we will send replacements in your next order. If the defect rate exceeds 1%, all defective products should be returned for replacement.
